Biography
Hogan represents individuals and their families who have suffered catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths of loved ones caused by the wrongful business practices of large companies and corporations. Hogan is regarded throughout the legal industry as a zealous and relentless advocate for his clients. He is known for being an extremely driven, strategic, passionate, and charismatic trial attorney who will stop at nothing to make his client whole again.
Throughout his years of practice, Hogan has represented clients across the country, including in Texas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Indiana, Kansas, California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Hogan is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Hogan was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. After high school, he left East Texas to attend Texas Tech University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing. Shortly after graduating from Texas Tech, Hogan recognized his attraction to the practice of law and moved to Houston where he attended South Texas College of Law.
When Hogan takes a break from fighting for the people who need help the most—his clients—Hogan enjoys golfing, barbequing, and spending time with his family and friends. Hogan is an active member of Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
