Gulf of Mexico – Deepwater Drilling Update – 4.12.15
Less than five years after the tragic Transocean Deepwater Horizon explosion in the Gulf of Mexico, approximately 50 deepwater wells are being drilled off the shores of Texas and Louisiana.
As we learned from Macondo, all too often the vessels that drill in deep water are involved in unnecessary and preventable accidents that cause personal injuries to those who work offshore.
The Texas Jones Act attorneys at Morrow & Sheppard follow the activities of the companies and drilling rigs used to drill in the Gulf, so that they are prepared if and when they are called upon to represent injured offshore workers and their families.
