Biography
Braden is a trial attorney who helps individuals and their families when they suffer catastrophic injuries and wrongful death at the hands of some of the world’s largest corporations.
Braden is a veteran trial attorney who started his career at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. As an assistant district attorney, Braden served as first chair lead counsel in seventeen jury trials, ranging from minor misdemeanors to first-degree felonies. He also assisted in prosecuting notorious local and international gang members.
Braden worked at a major international law firm after serving the public at the District Attorney’s Office. He handled commercial litigation and personal injury cases for various companies, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. He routinely defended those companies in cases involving catastrophic injuries at industrial plants, platforms, and workplaces across the United States. After learning how these companies fight lawsuits brought by those hurt or killed by the company’s wrongful conduct, Braden took his knowledge and experience to Morrow & Sheppard, where he now fights for the rights of the injured.
Braden grew up in Houston, Texas. He earned his bachelor’s degree, master’s in accounting, and law degree all from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Though he has since moved back to Houston, he remains an avid fan of the Tulane Green Wave and the New Orleans Saints.
